Taste of Talento Wines

Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco grapes, secondary fermentation in the bottle and long aging on lees give Talento wine its unique and unmistakable character. An evolved product that is traditionally a brut, Talento wine is perfect as an aperitif or as a pairing to Italian cuisine, from appetizers to fish or white meat entrees.
Talento wine positions itself as the culmination of Italian sparkling excellence.
Serving Talento Wines
Talento wines are best served cold (45 - 50˚F), preferably in flutes or white wine glasses. When using flutes, it is best to select a wider flute shape. One should avoid flutes that are too narrow or too wide at the top.
Recognizing a Bottle of Talento Wine
A label with “metodo classico” on it is not enough. To be sure a sparkling wine is a genuine Talento wine, the label must read “Talento.” Today, you can find the Talento logo in different locations on the bottle, such as on the neck of the bottle or on the back label. Sometimes, the Talento name can be found on a wine’s front label.
To make things more uniform in the future, all Istituto Talento Italiano members will prominently place the Talento name on their front labels.
